Roderick Murray studied at the Glasgow School of Art and later graduated from the Mackintosh School of Architecture.

He has worked in a wide variety of design environments, from fashion, product and interior design to architecture. He moved to Hong Kong in 1995 to work for Norman Foster and set up his interior design business R J Murray Design (RJMD) in 2005.

Roderick spans the disciplines of architecture and interior design and brings a unique perspective to both.
